Shozo Tanuma is Tsubasa's paternal grandfather. Exactly what sort of relationship they have is unclear, but Tsubasa hopes to follow in both his and his father's footsteps as a doctor.

Nagisa Kashiwagi[]
Nagisa Kashiwagi is Tsubasa's girlfriend. He initially confessed to her after she questioned him on his relationship status. The two are shown to have a mostly healthy relationship and are implied to regularly have sex.
Miyuki Shirogane[]
Miyuki Shirogane is Tsubasa's classmate. Tsubasa initially came to him for advice on how to confess to Nagisa and makes several repeated trips for additional advice.
Yu Ishigami[]
Yu Ishigami is a friend of Tsubasa, though Yu considers him to be an idiot due to him just doing whatever Nagisa tells him to do and being clueless over why Nagisa gets mad at him.
Maki Shijo[]
Maki Shijo is a friend and classmate of Tsubasa. She has a massive crush on him, though he remains oblivious to her feelings.
