I just realized Deku has feats that could scale him to faster than light speed
Aoyama’s laser is stated to be light and has the properties of light. It’s shown in these scans proving that the laser itself is light and that = Light Speed.
13 states that she can absorb light referring to Aoyama’s navel laser so it is made of light.
Invisible girl a states that she can yank light and warp it again referring to Aoyama’s navel laser.
Here is a criteria in VS Battle wiki for lasers and beams of light to be lightspeed.
If we consider his laser to be a beam of light then MHA characters are easily FTL. Mina was able to dodge his navel laser which was calc to be 17% the speed of light (Relativistic+) Deku at 5% is way faster than Mina.
Big problem with that:
Aoyama's beam is 100% tangible
It can literally punch holes in things without needing to melt them like an actual laser
Ergo, it is not a laser and thus cannot necessarily be considered lightspeed
Even if it was light, dodging speed is different from movement speed. For example, there are humans with reflexes that can dodge bullets, but that doesn't mean that they can run at the speed of a bullet.
He definitly is faster than the human eye. If the normal capacity of an human is 30-60 fps, so I would put Deku at 9,144-18,288 m/s, or 32,9184-65,8368 km/h.
Excluding the fact he was able to move at faster than the eye speed by combining Fai JIn, Stock Pile, Black Whip and Float, making his spedd somewhat erratic by the fact he has to stock cinetic energy and use many quirks at the same time.
But, with the second quirk use, he could be even faster.

But still I would still say Deku is massively hyper sonic faster than a bullet
I'll agree with you on that one
Yeah that's agreeable but someone's reflex speeds never determine their movement speeds. You're reflexes can be superhuman but your movement speed not be.
I've seen multiple people deflect & dodge bullets irl but they cannot run as fast/faster than a bullet.
