Guild rework
this is a rework for guilds cuz i think the current guild needs a rework
1.) Extra guild ranks
there is 2 more ranks now, Commander and Specialist.
commander can get a bootleg vow of mastery
the vow can only be used on guild mates (also gets all vow talents from the vow of mastery) (also gets to invite people)
