You need mobility, infantry fighting vehicles, tanks, mine clearing equipment, breaching equipment.We have collectively provided more than 1.5 million rounds of 155mm artillery munition. Fast forward 60 years: now the commercial sector has the bulk of that innovation, yet our processes haven’t changed to acknowledge that, so it is difficult to buy commercial products on a relative scale.
