What a sizable project , plenty of good concrete, a good time to use either CRP X40,Or CRP AC. which all meet AS3600/ AS3799 Australian standards for curing concrete .Or for further benifits CRP LDH.Althoug CRP LDH falls a bit short on requirements for AS3799 because it penetrates (does not leave a film build), but does lock the moisture in a lot longer. LDH penetrates deep in to the substrate protects reo , hardens the surface ,performs as a moisture barrier and stops concrete dusting and if required can be polished. LDH is best applied at the time when after final troweling and is hard enough to walk on with out marking the concrete. Our new housing project has been featured at @globeandmail! In partnership with @cityofto and #CreateTO, Windmill Development, alongside #CivicDevelopments, will be working on affordable rental housing near transit hubs on City-owned lands. The project will include three buildings, one of which will be a market condominium. The other two buildings will have a total of 612 co-op units that will be split between affordable and market-rate rentals. The construction process will be faster, cheaper, and less carbon-intensive compared to a typical high-rise building since it avoids the cost and concrete associated with underground parking.
