That's entirely dependent on Giorno's state. Pre-Requiem, Jotaro destroys him. Post-Requiem, Jotaro has no hope of winning.

Jotaros overwrite ability was not as strong as dios, it was only able to cancel out dios overwrite ability, not do everything the same as dios, so star plat over heaven cant overwrite GERS return to zero which means GER still stomps
